Ciara recently shared her weight loss goal of shedding 70 pounds post-baby number four in a candid Instagram post.
The singer, who welcomed her daughter in December, expressed the challenges of balancing weight loss, breastfeeding, and work commitments.
“Trying to lose 70lbs post baby, prepare for a show and tour while breastfeeding, and running my businesses,” she wrote in the vulnerable Instagram post. “Shout out to all my mammas out there gettin in; I see you! ToughSh$t. #MambaMentality [snake emoji].”
Ciara received support from celebrity friends and is gearing up for an upcoming tour with Missy Elliott this summer.
